We are delighted to introduce to you the Festival image for the 2025 Edmonton Poetry Festival: “The High Level Magpie”.
“The High Level Magpie” is a beautiful rendition of pica hudsonia (aka the magpie), the essential Edmonton bird, and was created by Ashley Rosenow of Illustrious Interiors as part of the mural enveloping the exterior of The Highlevel Diner, 10912 88 Avenue.
Find the mural on the east side of the building, just at the top of the bike path that ascends up to (or descends down to) The High Level Bridge.
